Frequently Asked Questions

When is the deadline to become a sponsor?

Sponsorship applications are accepted until 4 weeks before the conference. However, we recommend applying early to secure your preferred package and booth location.

Can I upgrade my sponsorship later?

Yes, you can upgrade your sponsorship package at any time before the conference, subject to availability.

What materials do I need to provide?

We'll need your company logo in high resolution (SVG or PNG), a brief company description, and any materials you'd like to display at your booth.
